Approach

I believe that the therapy relationship has the ability to provide healing, growth and change. Finding a therapist who helps you feel safe, supported and challenged is central to this process. My style is warm and curious as well as direct and challenging. I am an active participant in the process as we seek out the hard and stuck places that get in the way of balance and meaningful relationships.

I help people dealing with a range of issues and concerns, including work and career stress, relationship issues and difficult life transitions. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, fertility, gender identity, grief, low self-esteem, addiction recovery, sexuality and trauma. I am certified in Levels 1-3 of EMDR through the Parnell Institute (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and utilize this technique in my work with trauma. I am trained inand utilize IFS (Internal Family Systems).

Additionally, I received specialized training at Seleni Institute in Maternal Mental Health, including fertility issues, miscarriage and neonatal loss. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds. Please contact me by phone or email so we can see if working together might be a good fit.
